Lin Bader Design is a women-owned and AAPI-owned jewelry studio aiming to preserve and showcase the ancient jewelry making techniques I was teaching back in NYC. My specialties include 22k gold and silver granulation, filigree, wax carving, Celtic torc, hammering, forging and I combine them with organic, raw, nature-inspired designs that breathe new life into old techniques. Each piece is handmade in Chicago by myself from recycled solid 22k, 18k, 14k gold, 935 silver and brass, with the added beauty of taking techniques from thousands of years ago and making them not only survive but thrive in our day and time.
